Top chefs and seafood industry leaders from across Canada, including Normand Laprise and Christine Cushing, have signed an open letter calling on Fisheries and Oceans Canada and the Canadian Food Inspection Agency to ensure that all seafood sold in Canada is honestly labelled, legally caught and fully traceable from the point of final sale back to the point of harvest.
